Delicious Pellet Grilled Pork Loin: A Flavorful Recipe

PREP PORK

Trim excess fat and season the pork loin with salt and pepper. Then place it in a large bowl or ziplock bag.

MARINATE

Pour the marinade over the pork loin, making sure you cover every inch of the roast. Let it marinate for at least an hour (up to 24 hours) in the fridge for optimal flavor.
