Grilled Tomatoes

This easy healthy grilled recipe is perfect for summer. The tomatoes are marinated in olive oil, garlic, and herbs, then grilled until they are charred and juicy.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rinse the tomatoes under cold water and pat them dry. Cut the tomatoes into thick slices.

In a small saucepan, heat the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar over low heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely. Set aside.
