How to Grill Bok Choy

Prepare the Bok Choy - Clean grill grates, trim and rinse bok choy, shake off excess water, and place on a tray.

Preheat the Grill to medium-high heat, reduce heat to medium while cooking, aim for a sear without scorching.

Season the Bok Choy - Drizzle with olive oil, add salt and black pepper, coat evenly for flavor.

Start Grilling - Place bok choy cut-side down on grill grates, grill for 2-3 minutes per side, flip halfway through cooking, adjust heat if needed.

Make the Sauce - Heat oil, garlic, and grated ginger, add honey, pepper flakes, soy sauce, vinegar, and water, cook for 1 minute, blend flavors.
