Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb.
Preheat your smoker to 225-250 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange the burger patties on the smoker grates and smoke for 1-2 hours, or until cooked through.
Once the burgers are cooked through, remove them from the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes.
