Smoked Pork Spare Ribs: Unleash Flavor Perfection

Prepare the Ribs

Remove excess moisture from pork spare ribs. Slide fingers under the thin membrane and pull it off. Pat ribs dry.

Mix spices and sugar. Rub ribs with Worcestershire sauce/mustard. Apply the dry rub generously on both sides of the ribs.

Place ribs on smoker, meat side up. Smoke for 3 hours. Then, transfer to foil, seal tightly, and cook for 1.5-2 hours more.

Unwrap and BBQ

Carefully unwrap ribs. Brush with BBQ sauce (optional). Smoke for 30-45 mins for a sticky coating.
