Mix spices and sugar. Rub ribs with Worcestershire sauce/mustard. Apply the dry rub generously on both sides of the ribs.
Place ribs on smoker, meat side up. Smoke for 3 hours. Then, transfer to foil, seal tightly, and cook for 1.5-2 hours more.
Carefully unwrap ribs. Brush with BBQ sauce (optional). Smoke for 30-45 mins for a sticky coating.
