Prep steaks by patting them dry and placing on a rack. Season with salt evenly.

Remove steaks from the fridge, season with pepper, and let them come to room temperature for 30 minutes.

Prep the Grill

Place steaks directly on the grill, cook 3-4 minutes per side for perfect grill marks. Adjust time for thickness.

Lower heat to medium (350-450℉/177-232℃) to finish cooking to desired doneness.
